Welcome to the Laboratory of Innovative Assessment and Personality. Our laboratory is located in the School of Psychology in the historic J. S. Coon Building by the landmark of the Georgia Tech Tower.
Our research focuses on the development and application of innovative approaches for assessing implicit personality. The cutting-edge measurement approach that has been developed and used in our laboratory is called the conditional reasoning measurement system. Conditional reasoning tests have been developed to identify individuals who are achievement oriented, who fear failure, who are aggressive and thus likely to engage in counterproductive behaviors in the workplace (e.g., theft, excessive absences, aggression toward coworkers), and who are likely to become leaders, including toxic leaders.
What is Conditional Reasoning?
