Room Availability

The schedule for rooms in the J.S. Coon building are available for viewing only through Buzzport. Please follow the instructions below to add the rooms to your calendar. After adding the rooms, you may then check availability of any room, and then email your request for use of that room to:

To Add Room Calendars

• Enter Buzzport
• Click under "My Calendar" - a new window will pop up.
• Click the tab labeled "Calendars"
• Click on "Subscribe"
• It will say:
  "Search for calendars where the calendar"
  select "Name or ID" and "contains" they type Coon,
  and finally click "search".
• After a few seconds, the search results will appear.
• Select the desired calendars and click OK.
• You may now close this window.

To View Calendars

• Enter Buzzport
• Click under "My Calendar" - a new window will pop up.
• Select the desired calendar under the pulldown menu labeled "Current Calendar".
