Research Interests
I am working on the following projects in the lab:
- Examining collaborative automated systems, more specifically age-related differences in mental model quality and trust in automation.
- investigating potential age-related differences in the acquisition of mental models and how different acquisition levels of mental models affect the perception of trust in automated systems.
- Investigating the characteristics of technology that is likely to be adopted and the user characteristics of likely adopters.
- Completing the requirements for PhD in Engineering Psychology, Georgia Institute of Technology (expected 2011)
