About me
I graduated from the University of Memphis
with a BA in psychology. As an undergraduate, I worked for Danielle
McNamara in the Cognitive Science and Educational Practice Lab where I
worked on studies in psycholinguistics and artificial intelligence. In
2007, I came to Georgia Tech to work in CoNTRoL.
Research Interests
I am interested in cognitive control and
emotion regulation. More specifically, I am interested in the effects,
mechanisms, and neural correlates of thought suppression. I am also
interested in dual-task interference.
