Manager, Usability Lab, 1997 - 1998 American Express Technologies, Minneapolis, MN. Worked with user interface designers to plan and execute end-user evaluations of technology. Technology evaluated included client service systems as well as customer web-sites.

Owner, 1996 - 1997 Clearlogic, Inc., Minneapolis, MN. Provided services in usability evaluation, qualitative market research including one-on-one interviews and focus groups, and quantitative market research including survey design and analysis.
